How We Got Here

Traininc Studio was founded in 2008  to welcome all enthusiasts of Pilates, Yoga, and outdoor training. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, or you are experiencing pain, or belong to elderly population, Traininc Studio provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

    A class for 2 on the Reformer, focusing on alignment.
